A family enterprise...

Maison Usinex Inc., which is the property of six Morin brothers from Milan in the Province of Quebec, offers you a wide range of high quality manufactured houses...

But they secretly had a dream of creating their own company in order to build houses in a factory, with all the advantages this building method provides.

At the beginning of 1992 they gathered on the site of their family's piece of land where they chose to build their own factory, working on their first order for a manufactured house that they finished before the factory was even completed !

Milan is a small village in the Lake-Megantic region, near Mount Megantic and the Canada-USA border, and on the boundaries of the Beauce-Appalachian and Eastern Townships regions, in the Province of Quebec.

Since the beginning, the Morin brothers have gotten many orders far above their hopes, and have completed many houses despite the 1990's economic depression, while many others have had problems doing so. Their enthousiasm and entrepreneurial spirit are highly contagious and they quickly became an economic leader for the Megantic region.

In a few years the number of houses they built has more than doubled because their products are known for their high quality at affordable prices.

The new millenium brought Maison Usinex Inc. favorable economic perspectives for the future, with more and more expansion, as the exportation of manufactured houses became highly possible in some parts of the United States of America, particularly in the New England area.
